Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization and must be shipped to NoBrainerBlinds.com in original condition within 30 days of your
receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
All of our products are custom-made to order, so our measuring and installation instructions must be followed. Plantation shutters and window shadings
are returnable for warranty repair only. Products ordered beyond our recommended size limitations are returnable for shipping damage and/or initial
defects only.
FREE color swatches are available, so please request some to make sure you like the color before you buy. Products cannot be returned due to color
dissatisfaction unless the color you receive is incorrect or significantly different from the color sample you received (i.e. please allow for slight
variation in dye lots).
What if YOU make a mistake?
Again, your satisfaction is of paramount importance. If a product needs to be shortened or reduced in width, many times we can do that at no charge.
You just pay for shipping. Other times when there's just no way to modify an existing product and a new product must be ordered, we'll work with you and

Your products will come directly from the manufacturer in their original boxes and packaging. No Brainer is authorized by these manufacturers to sell these products, and to provide warranty coverage.

Shipping Times
Most people receive their merchandise within 2 to 5 days after the date they're made; however, there is no way to predict the exact duration or whether your merchandise will even arrive within that time frame. Your distance from the manufacturing facilities is the biggest factor. Different products are made in different facilities throughout the U.S. Each different type of product is completed at different times - each type will be shipped separately as completed. When your products are large, they may need to be shipped by common carrier (trucking lines). This type of shipping takes longer and extends the time frame several days.
Most shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx (but not overnight). If you must have your products by a certain date, then you should consider requesting special handling, which can be arranged at an additional cost.

UPS or FedEx shipping is free within the contiguous US (48 states). For shipments to
Alaska and Hawaii, or for shipments outside the United States, please call or email for a quote to cover the additional cost of air freight.
Large items that exceed UPS limitations (ex. wider than 90 inches) are shipped
via freight carriers at a surcharge of $70 per order (not per item).
Payment at Time of Order
Since all window treatments are custom made for you, all orders must be paid
when your order is placed. NoBrainer accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express, and checks. Checks are cleared through TeleCheck. If you want to
pay by check, you can speed up your order by using a cashier's or certified
check. The fastest way to receive your products is to order with your credit card.
What is Order Processing?
Due to an increase in our processing costs (e.g. credit card fees, package handling, etc.) we had to regrettably institute a price adjustment for
processing and handling orders. Our flat rate is now $4.95 per order, which represents only a fraction of our actual handling costs. We also do not
charge for shipping, which costs us considerably more than the $4.95. We appreciate your business. Please be assured that we will always strive to
bring you the lowest blinds prices, with superior quality and service.
No Sales Tax Outside of Texas
Since we are located in Texas, we collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas. We do not collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of Texas.

Hardware You May Need
All hardware is provided, with the possible exception of screws. Differing screws are needed
in certain applications. In most applications a #6 x 1 1/2" screw is appropriate. However, the exact length and type of screw will vary
depending on whether you are mounting your treatments into drywall, wood, concrete or metal. As a result some companies do not
send mounting screws with your order. If you find no screws came with your order you will need to purchase some. As a rule
of thumb, you'll need two screws per bracket and two or three brackets per treatment.
