When needed, Applause Legends fabrics can be cleaned by gently blotting with a soft, damp cloth or sponge, using luke warm water and a mild detergent. Be careful not to apply too much pressure to the fabric. Take special care when cleaning 3/4" Applause legends blackout fabrics to avoid creasing. HD Duette Honeycomb Shades

Care
Durability is a hallmark of Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades. The strong, anti-static fabrics resist dust and dirt, and so require little cleaning and maintenance. Regular dusting with a feather duster is all that is necessary in most circumstances. For a more thorough cleaning, the fabric can be lightly vacuumed with a brush attachment.
When needed, most fabrics can be cleaned by gently blotting with a soft damp cloth or sponge. See the cautions below for exceptions. Use Lukewarm Water and a mild detergent. Do not apply too much pressure on the fabric. Excessive pressure could cause "pilling" (the formation of small balls of fabric). Care
Like any wood furnishings, Country Woods blinds should be dusted regularly to keep them looking new. Use a soft, clean cloth, chemically-treated dust cloth, or dusting mitt. Lower the blind so it is full length, tilt the slats almost all the way down and dust. (Not fully closing the slats in either position allows dusting where the slats overlap.
Blinds may also be cleaned by Vacuuming them with the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner, using the procedure just described.
Only painted wood blinds should be cleaned by wiping them with a soft, damp rag. Do not damp-clean blinds with a stained finish, since water could affect their sheen and surface appearance.
Rather than damp cleaning, stained finish blinds should be treated periodically with lemon oil or other wood preservative to protect their finish.

Care
Hunter Douglas Jubilance Roman Shades are very easy to clean and maintain. Regular dusting with a feather duster is all that's necessary in most circumstances. For a more thorough cleaning the fabric can be lightly vacuumed with a brush attachment.
When needed, the fabric on Hunter Douglas Jubilance Roman Shades can be cleaned by gently wiping with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Use lukewarm water and, if necessary, a mild detergent. Never use harsh detergents, and be careful not to apply too much pressure to the fabric.

Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that Hunter Douglas Jubilance Roman Shades will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (i) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings, and (ii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components, and (iii) Hunter Douglas recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications.
The obligation of Hunter Douglas and it's licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the blinds or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like similar parts.
To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with Hunter Douglas or the licensed fabricator who custom assembled the shade to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the shade, etc.
This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window.
This warranty also does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.

Care
Hunter Douglas Vertical Blinds are easy to live with because they require so little of you. Since the materials actually resist dust, dirt and stains, cleaning is a breeze. A simple feather dusting or light vacuuming with a brush attachment is all that is needed to keep them looking beautiful.
When necessary you may also choose to clean them with compressed air, a hair dryer or to have them professionally ultrasonically cleaned.

The Hunter Douglas products that you have purchased, including track, hardware, fabric, vinyl, and cords are warrented to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and manufacture. The warranty covers the Hunter Douglas Paramount and PermAlign Headrail Systems in the event of misalignment, and the Hunter Douglas PermaClear groover in the event of excessive discoloration. This warranty applies only on installation of 100% Hunter Douglas products, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own them, and only to the original installation. Hunter Douglas will at it's discretion repair or replace without charge any product found defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage or conditions due to usage, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover discoloration, deterieration, brittleness, or fading of fabrics, vinyl and standard edge groover. Only the cost of the Hunter Douglas products is included; labor to remove and reinstall the products is not covered.
How to activate your warranty. Fill out and mail the warranty registration form to Hunter Douglas. We'll register your Lifetime Limited Warranty in our files.
